Would you like to return your order? No problem. At WallArtistic, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Registering a return

Would you like to return an item? Simply register your return via our customer portal.

Return conditions

To return an item, we ask that you:

• Handle the product with care and return it undamaged.

• Use the original packaging if possible.

• Have your order number or proof of purchase at hand.

You may choose your own carrier. Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the relevant amount using the payment method you used to place the order.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal cooling-off period and return the entire order, the standard shipping costs of the original order will also be refunded.

Exceptions

Some products may not be eligible for the legal right of return, for example, products that have been custom-made to your personal specifications or personalized.
